  1. Commit yourself to making lots of mistakes. – Mistakes teach you important lessons. The biggest mistake you can make is doing nothing because you’re too scared to make a mistake. So don’t hesitate – don’t doubt yourself. In life, it’s rarely about getting a chance; it’s about taking a…

There are curtain steps you want to take before making your blog a site that you use to generate income. Just like how Facebook started out with not ads and it was all about friends being able to connect with one another even though they could be far away. You Blog site has to do something similar.

What Does Your Blog Do?

Whether you have a blog that teaches people something or your blog is just for humor; there is no point in making it all cluttered with ads and email list sign ups. One reason is it won’t work the way you want it to and you will end up getting angry. Establishing exactly what you want your blog to be about and never changing that purpose is key, you don’t want to confuse people. Make known what your blog is about will help you choose ads to put on your blog when it is time for that.

When is it Time?

Placing ads on your blog can definitely help you earn a little bit of money for your hard work! But when should you do something like that or put up a list generator? Well I would say you will need to put some hard work into creating the network that will advertise your blog, you may want to build a network on 20 or so social sites, http://slipkick.com will help with that number. Next what your will want to do is submit your blog to directories, and search engine this is all done free and take no time at all.

Once You Have Good Traffic.

When your hard work of building your network is complete now would be a good time to add some ads to the top of your page and allow your visitors to sign up to be on your mailing list. The reason why you want to build you network for advertising is simple; you want traffic and visitors to your site because that is how you will build your mailing list and that is how the ads that you have on your site that are relevant to your site get some clicks and possibly you make sales too.

Conclusion:

These techniques will all take a lot of time and will seem boring but it is the best way to get the organic traffic to your site; the fact that it is free is a big plus too. When you decide you want to use your blog to generate income and get well know this is also the best way to do so.

What’s up tumblr, I write an awesome blog today I shared my secret on how I get my backlinks. That’s not all I also teach u how to do it step by step! I think it the best and easiest way to get those things called backlinks.

I have to make this short cause the world series is on and its game 7, plus Texas is winning and that’s just awesome.

If u have any questions about how to do anything that I talk about in my blog u can send me a message on here or at Chris.Meyer@meyerpublications.com

Sub Topic:

Something that I have been struggling with is being patient when it comes to my online projects, I know it is key to wait for results but when I have spent so much time on what I do online and see nothing it just make me feel like I need to work harder! What has happened is people began to think I am just a spammer; this is never good when you want to be taken seriously and just want people to read what you write about.

What I Found Recently:

Recently I have found some awesome websites that I will not share on here because I have a ton of outward links already but these sites have been very helpful in calming me down and me getting to be more patient. Honestly I found these sites on linked in I spend about 6 hours a day on their replying to discussion boards; one thing I thought helped me a lot in understanding how much I was doing everything wrong. Now with what I have realized I will try to reinvent myself as an online entrepreneur and hopefully bring the level of annoying people to an all time low and begin to see results.

Another Blogger Help Site?

One of the sites I found that dealt with blogging specifically had a free e-book that talked about your personality as a blogger and what good traits are. Needless to say spending more time on each post so it makes since to people when they read it is very important, but as you already know I am new to this and learning as well as most of my readers is as well. The only difference is I have more time to research and learn so I can pass that information on to you in a more cut and dry method or I can send you the link on Facebook but I would prefer you join my network “Slip Kick” that is why I created it.

In Conclusion:

In closing I like short blogs because you can read it fast and move on to something else if you got enough information here. Thanks for reading and I hope you return soon.

p.s you can find more thoughts on http://meyerpublications.com

Slipkick.com  is not a way for me to make a ton of money, it actually cost me more to have but I wanted it to be a place where people could share there thoughts and talk about their opportunities.

I have some posts about writing government proposals and working on getting government grants-lets face it in this day and age its better to create your own job than it is to go out searching for work in a market where employers have a ton of applicants to go through.  Slip kick is a great place to help you out in getting a larger size business start or just a small business to get the ball rolling.

Ads have also been added because as you all know it cost money to run a website and if you have no way to make back the money you pay for it, well it is pointless to have so please go check it out and if you like it become a member and start blogging and asking question that is what it is there for and the info is free… its that simple!
